To Be Continued Edition

If you haven’t figured it out by now then let me tell you the bad news— Amare in Bellum, in its current form, is dead.

January will mark the two year anniversary since the initial concept of Amare in Bellum. I won't sugarcoat it, though. We've made a lot of mistakes while working on this project. So let me be the first one to apologize for all of it.

We would like to thank everyone we've worked with and who has supported us these past two years. We may have never gotten off the ground, but the project wouldn't have been anything without all the people involved.

Many of us are still attached to the characters and idea behind AiB, though. And while I'm not going to confirm anything, there have been several discussions, but don't expect anything unless significant progress is made. It's a small chance, but it's because of that chance that I don't want to end this post on a depressing note but rather a hopeful one. This isn't the end of our work as a team, so until we have something else worth showing off, thank you for your support and we apologize that things didn't go as planned

  1. RIP in peace.
In all seriousness though and while it certainly doesn't come as a surprise, I'm sorry to see it go. Thanks for at least giving people some measure of closure.

  2. Could we get a breakdown of reasons as to why the team died if that's not too much trouble? I saw that Dyschan just got destroyed because of money and laziness and it got me curious about this side because there was no money involved (as far as we know).

  3. This sucks. It even looks like other visual novels like missing stars, love despite, etc are going to die too.
Is it a money issue at all? I'm sure people would fund through kickstarter if that's one issue. People have done it before.

    1. It was not a money issue, money was never a problem. Some people though.

  4. This and LD are both dead and WiP is both dull and poorly made. Are all the KSG projects doomed to fail?

    1. I sincerely hope not. I wish all the best to future KSG projects and that we may someday rise.
